How this works. This website has no server and stores nothing you type. The button below opens your own email app with the request written out and addressed to us – you press send. If your device has no email app, copy the text it shows you and send it from wherever you read email.

What happens next

We acknowledge your email within 5 working days.
If we cannot tell from the email that you are who you say you are, we ask for proof – usually a reply from an address we already hold, or a document with the sensitive parts blacked out.
We act on the request and confirm in writing, within 30 days of receiving it. If a request is complex we may need up to 60 days, and we will tell you why.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EEA or UK.
